Terms & Conditions

Australian PPE CART terms for orders, pricing, guest checkout, trade accounts, credit applications, Design Studio, delivery, returns and consumer rights.

Last updated: 9 October 2026.

These terms apply to purchases on ppecart.com.au from Triotex International PTY LTD, ABN 24 681 467 934, Wentworthville NSW 2145. The Australian website uses AUD.

Your order and payment

Review the selected product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address, taxes, delivery charges and total before paying. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional for purchasing, but sign-in may be required to access private account and support features.

An order acknowledgement or saved unpaid order is not confirmation of payment or dispatch. We confirm your order after payment or approved credit arrangements and availability checks. A failed or interrupted payment can leave an unpaid order available for payment retry. Check its status before paying again and contact us if your bank shows a debit that the order does not recognise.

Payment options are the options shown for your order. Card details are handled by the payment provider; do not send card numbers or security codes through support. A purchase order reference is not payment and does not itself grant credit.

Prices, promotions and availability

Australian storefront prices are shown in AUD with applicable GST treatment displayed. The checkout total shows the amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery. Quote-specific prices and delivery terms are shown on the quotation. Prices may change for future purchases; an accepted order is not repriced without your agreement.

Coupons and offers apply only under their disclosed eligibility, expiry and combination rules. Returning goods is refunded against the amount actually paid for those goods, including allocated discounts.

Availability can reflect supplier inventory rather than goods already at our dispatch address. If a material listing error or unavailable item prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and offer a refund or an agreed alternative. We will not require you to pay an undisclosed price increase.

Delivery and cancellation

All standard available products have an estimated 1–2 business day handling period, including inbound supplier delivery, inspection, packing and courier handover, followed by courier transit. Bulk quantities, custom work and special orders have separately confirmed lead times. Read the Delivery & Shipping policy for the free-delivery threshold and delivery process.

Bulky items are excluded from flat-rate shipping and free delivery, regardless of order value. A basket containing any item marked Bulky Item requires a freight quote for the whole basket. The freight charge must be confirmed and agreed before ordering.

Request cancellation or an address correction promptly through the order support portal, Contact page or hello@ppecart.com. We will confirm what is possible at the current fulfilment stage. Dispatch, irreversible custom work or an agreed special procurement may prevent change-of-mind cancellation. Any such custom or special-order conditions must be disclosed before you approve that work.

Cancellation restrictions do not remove rights arising from non-supply, a product failure or another breach covered by law. If we cancel a paid order because we cannot fulfil it, we refund the affected payment.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our Returns, Refunds & Replacements policy sets out the 30-day optional offer for eligible unused standard workwear, exclusions for other products and the claims process.

Nothing in these terms or a quotation excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Business customers can also have consumer guarantees where the law applies. Our policies, third-party delays and manufacturer warranties do not replace those rights.

Business accounts, trade pricing and credit

Provide accurate company, ABN and billing details. Business registration does not automatically approve trade pricing or credit. Trade applications and credit applications are reviewed separately for each regional seller.

Approved trade prices and quantity tiers appear on eligible products for your account. Any credit facility has a written limit and payment terms; submitting an application or PO does not grant 30-day credit. You remain responsible for authorised purchases and payments under your accepted facility.

Access for additional buyers must be arranged through individual authorised accounts. Do not share passwords. Reseller purchases can have different statutory coverage depending on the purpose of purchase. Our dropshipping connectors are advertised as coming soon and are not an included live service.

Quotations and Design Studio

A product enquiry or Design Studio quote request does not charge you, reserve stock or start production. Quotes state quantities, scope, prices, delivery and any validity period. Confirm acceptance and the order requirements with us before relying on the proposed supply date.

Studio previews use product images or garment outlines to guide placement. They are not exact colour, scale, fit, stitch or production proofs. We review artwork, garment availability, decoration suitability and relevant protection standards before confirming the quote and production proof.

Check the written proof, spelling, logo, placements, colours, garment sizes and quantities before approval. Customisation may affect protective performance, so it must be agreed for suitable products. A changed approved brief may require an agreed revised quote and lead time.

You retain rights in your artwork and confirm that you have permission to use it. You authorise us and the providers required for the agreed work to use supplied artwork to prepare your quote and fulfil your order. Your private logo library and saved designs are not automatically published.

Product suitability and website features

Check the specific product's standards, documents, size information and intended use. PPE selection should follow the workplace risk assessment and manufacturer instructions. Tell us any particular purpose you rely on our advice for before ordering. This does not limit statutory fitness-for-purpose obligations.

Comparison tools, wishlists and saved designs help you plan purchases; they do not reserve inventory or fix future prices. Reorders use current availability and prices. Documents and tracking appear when issued or received, and may not be available immediately after checkout.

Support, privacy and fair website use

Order support and return requests are reviewed by our team. Submission does not automatically approve a refund, replacement or courier collection. Guests can use their order email link for permitted order access and sign in or activate the linked account for private support. You can also contact us without an account.

Our Privacy and Cookie policies explain personal data, secure order links, artwork and consented analytics. Keep order links and verification codes private. Do not access another customer's records, upload malicious content or misuse the website.

We may restrict access reasonably to protect security or address misuse, while preserving access to legitimate order support and any remedies required by law.

Liability, changes and complaints

We remain responsible for the rights and remedies that apply to our supply. No term here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer guarantees and reasonably foreseeable loss. We do not impose a blanket cap equal to the order price on those rights.

If disruption outside our control affects supply, we will explain the delay and available options. This does not remove remedies for non-supply or allow us to hold your money indefinitely.

Updated terms apply to future orders from their stated update date. Changes do not retrospectively alter accepted orders or agreed quotations. Contact hello@ppecart.com or use the Contact page with your order reference and complaint. If unresolved, you may seek assistance from your state or territory consumer affairs agency. Australian law applies, without excluding mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
