Care Guidance

Inspect before every use. Dispose of the hard hat if cracks, colour distortion or deep abrasions are found. Avoid excessive UV exposure and solvents, and clean the shell and harness regularly with warm soapy water. The manufacturer data sheet notes industry recommendations of replacing the shell after three years of working life, the harness before two years, and the sweatband as required.
